WADE Howard Sadly passed away on November 10th, 2016 Aged 74 years. A loving Husband, Dad and Grandfather. We thank him for all his love and guidance over the years. Funeral service will take place at St Faith’s Crematorium at 8.45am on Monday November 21st 2016.
