Norman W. T. Brooks dip arch F.R.I.B.A. Passed away on 23rd April 2017 aged 78 years. A much loved Husband, Father and Grandfather who will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Funeral service at Basildon & District Crematorium at 13.20 on Tuesday 16th May, 2017. Family flowers only.
