Eileen Hughes 29th August 1921 to 29th April 2020 Eileen sadly passed away at Elizabeth House, Hadleigh, on the 29th of April 2020. She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends. Our thanks to the staff at Elizabeth House for the care they showed her when, due to the lock down, we were no longer able to visit in person. Eileen will be remembered for all her work supporting the Royal British Legion, over many years. The family funeral will take place at Southend Crematorium on the 22nd of May at 11am. If you would like to join the service remotely the details are being held with the family so please contact them for the relevant information. A memorial service and a celebration of Eileen's life will be held when all the restrictions have been lifted.
