Southgate Ian Arthur It is we great sadness that Ian's family announce that he passed away on the 12th December 2020, aged 65 years. Due to current restrictions a private funeral service will be held at Southend Crematorium on Wednesday 6th January 2021 at 2.40pm. The family welcome all those who wish to attend the service to join them remotely as the service will be broadcast live from the crematorium. Details will be provided nearer the time.
