BROWN Neal Charles Sadly passed away in hospital on 17th July 2021. He will be greatly missed by his sister Janice, brother in law John, niece Deborah and her husband Julien. Also his great nephews Anthony and Matthew and his wife Moira. The funeral is taking place at West Chapel of Southend Crematorium at 12.30 p.m. on Friday 13th August. All who knew Neal are welcome, black is optional but not necessary. Flowers or donations to R.N.L.I.
