Barbara Salter-Hampson Barbara, who celebrated her 90th birthday last year, passed away peacefully at Southend Hospital on the 13th May 2022 with her two children at her bedside. Greatly missed by her children, grandchildren, great granddaughters and friends. Many will remember Barbara as the Hadleigh newsagent or from the local clubs she attended. Barbara's funeral is on Tuesday 7th June at 11am at Southend Crematorium. Donations to DRWF (Diabetes) or Versus Arthritis.

Sorry for your loss. I worked for Mr and Mrs Hampson in the newsagents on Saturdays and Sundays when I was 16-18 back in the 80's. She was a kind and lovely lady. May she rest in peace.
