BOOTH Albert It is with great sadness that the family of Albert "Bert" Booth announce his passing, on Saturday 10th August 2024. He was much loved and will be missed by family and all who knew him. Albert enjoyed a long and respected career at Yardleys of Basildon. Funeral service to be held at Chelmsford Crematorium on Tuesday 3rd September 2024, at 2:30pm. I remember Albert very well.
I worked at yardleys from 1980 and worked my way up to raw materials supervisor.
I worked for Albert in the internal audit dept in the mid 80's and he helped me immensely with any questions or queries I had. The man was yardley inside and out plus above all....a very nice man.
Rest in peace Albert, and thanks for being a massive influence and guide in my career after Yardleys. I will never forget.
