Dr MA Pasha MBE died peacefully on 19 October, as he approached his 100th birthday. A pillar of the Southend-on-Sea community, he worked at Southend hospital for more than five decades and was dedicated to improving the lives of all those he crossed paths with. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him, but especially by his beloved daughters, sons-in-law, grandchildren and great-grandaughter, for whom he was a guiding light. Dr Pasha was someone I considered a friend he was tireless in helping others me included he will be sorely missed. May Allah and God welcome him in his loving arms.
