To my Loving Partner.

Precious true love is rare,
but we knew from the moment we met.
Reunited by destiny, when you know, you just know.
As you once said we should have had
“a lifetime” together but cruelly cut short.
Loved dearly and in your words,
“no one else came close.”

Always remembered on the RNLI boat in Devon,
so you can always be at sea in our special place. 
I promise to never forget you or the memories we made.
Together in life and death, until the end,
just as you wished. 
When your heart stopped beating, mine was broken.
