Philip Hamilton BARTLETT Residing in Westcliff-On-Sea sadly passed away from a heart attack on 12th July 2012 aged 62 years. Retired loved English teacher and local poet. Survived by Son, Daughter, Partner and friends. A memorial service will be held at the West Chapel of Southend Crematorium on Tuesday 31st July at 2.40pm.
