Edward Herbert LEWIS (Ted) Passed away peacefully on September 20th, 2012 Aged 94 years. Resident of the Chelsea Pensioners Hospital London, formerly of Electric Avenue, Westcliff. A devoted Husband, Father and Grandfather he will be greatly missed. Funeral service on the 8th October 2012 at St Helens Catholic Church, Westcliff at 10.45 am Then at Southend Cemetery at 12.15pm All welcome. Family flowers only please, any donations to Chelsea Pensioners Appeal C/o Co-operative Funeral Care. 15 Queensway, Southend on Sea, Essex, SS2 6JJ
