Susan Patricia WADE neé Hilton 11.09.1961 26.09.2012 Sadly missed by her loving Partner Adrian, Daughter Terri and Sons Richard, Michael and Luke, Grand Daughters Scarlett and Isabelle Mother Dianne and Brother Mick. She is now out of pain. Some day sometime our eyes shall see the face we keep in memory and God will link the broken chain still closer when we meet again.
