A MAN will stand trial accused of stealing cable from the railway during an incident in which his alleged accomplice died.
Mark Bradshaw is accused of being involved in the theft at Benfleet on June 27 where his pal was electrocuted.
Bradshaw, 43, of Linden Way, Canvey, appeared before Southend Magistrates Court where he entered no plea to charges of endangering life on the railway and cable theft.
He was bailed to appear at Basildon Crown Court on December 10.
