A MAN was left with a broken jaw after he was attacked outside a pub in an "unprovoked attack".
The 37-year-old had been at the Moon on the Square in Market Square, Basildon enjoying a night out with pals.
For no reason he was struck in the face by attackers.
It was later discovered the man had suffered a broken jaw.
Witnesses to the attack, which happened at midnight on Friday August 23, can contact Basildon CID on 101.
