A MAN accused of allowing his home to be used for the supply of drugs has appeared in court.
Sam Platts, 25, is alleged to have allowed his home in Rippleside, Pitsea, to be used for the supply of class A drugs, including cocaine and diamorphine, in March this year.
Platts faced two charges of knowingly permitting or suffering the supply or attempted supply of Class A drugs to take place on the premises, as well as two counts of posessing a Class A drug.
Platts did not enter a plea to the charges when he appeared at Basildon Magistrates’ Court.
He was released on conditional bail and will next appear at Basildon Crown Court.
