POLICE want to speak to this bare-chested man who may be able to help find who is behind an attempted burglary.

The man, wearing bright orange trainers and long blue shorts, was captured on CCTV close to a home in Winfields Pitsea, which would-be burglars targeted.

During an attempted break in, no entry was made to the premises but a window was damaged, on August 13 at about 3.30pm.

Police want to talk to the man who was captured on screen as he may hold information relating to the offence. He or anyone who knows who he is, should call Dc Jo Phillips at Basildon police station on 101.
