Man rebailed over crash
MAN has had his bail extended after being arrested in connection with a crash which left a woman with serious head and spine injuries.
The 28-year-old man, from Basildon, was arrested on suspicion of drink driving after the crash, on the B1023 Tollesbury Road, in Tolleshunt D’Arcy, in July.
A black Ford Focus left the road, flipped over and landed in a field.
The passenger, a 23-year-old woman, suffered serious injuries.
The man returned to answer bail. He has now been bailed again until December while police continue to investigate.
