A PETITION signed by more than 40 residents of a street where a bungalow has been left to go to ruin for two years will be handed to decision makers.
The people who live in and around Roedean Gardens, Southend, have signed the petition calling on the council to take action over the property, which they fear is a target for antisocial behaviour.
The bungalow is believed to be subject to a legal argument over its ownership.
It will be presented to Southend Council’s cabinet on Tuesday.
