Police are appealing for information following a burglary in Shoebury.
Between 5pm on September 4 and 4am on September 5, a flat in Saxon Gardens was broken in to after a front door was forced open.
A silver/grey Compaq A900 laptop computer was stolen.
Neighbours reported seeing a white man, possibly aged in his teens loitering outside the address between the times the burglary was believed to have occurred.
He has short brown hair and wore a light grey tracksuit. He was on a mountain bike.
