THREE teenage girls have been charged with assault and affray on a train.
Police arrested a girl, 15, from Harwich, and two girls, both 17, from Basildon, after an incident on July 27. All three girls have been charged with affray after being accused of attacking six passengers on a train from Fenchurch Street to Southend.
The 15-year-old and one 17-year-old have also been charged with four counts of common assault. They will all appear at Basildon Youth Court on October 1.
