Man facing traffic warden assault case
A MAN accused of assaulting a traffic warden will appear in court in November.
Damian Bruce, 27, of Gainsborough Drive, Westcliff, is charged with assaulting warden Paul Evans, on July 19, in Queens Road, Southend.
Bruce, who is unemployed, pleaded not guilty to the charge in Southend Magistrates’ Court on Friday. He will reappear on November 25.
