A GROUP of bank workers and their families put their best feet forward for a charity walk.
Staff from Lloyds Bank walked along the seafront from Thorpe Bay to Leigh on Saturday.
About 25 staff and their families took part in the walk and raised more than £700 for the Alzheimer’s Society.
Organiser Lorraine Felton said: “It was really good – we all got to our destination in one piece.
“We collected some money on the way, so we don’t know how much our final total is yet.
“We ended at the Old Leigh Regatta, which was a brilliant way to finish, with a drink for us and ice cream for the kids.”
