Making a rare first-team appearance in the Essex Thames-side Trophy home clash with Essex Senior League Romford, Dosser grabbed a hat-trick in a 5-1 win. The other goals were netted by Neil Richmond.

Canvey Island's scheduled visit to Brentwood in the Essex Senior Cup was again washed out due to a waterlogged pitch.
Another attempt at playing the fourth round tie will be made next Tuesday.
