CONTROVERSIAL plans for a £4.6million seawall in Shoebury and proposals to close some libraries and hand others over to volunteers are just two issues senior councillors will decide today.
Southend Council’s cabinet are also expected to approve a U-turn and keep Hamstel Children’s Centre in Southchurch open and rubber stamp adjustments to the shared space at Victoria Gateway.
