I started a new job six months ago and was surprised to find that most of my female colleagues were cruel and took every opportunity to put me down in front of others. Two women in particular seem to be the ring-leaders and have really got it in for me, criticising my work, my hair, my clothes and dumping all the awful jobs on to me.

I dread going to work, but I don’t want to lose this job as it took me ages to find one. FB

If they see their actions are getting to you, they will just get worse. You need to speak to a senior member of staff.
