Relegation specialist Nigel Quashie has become the latest West Ham player to insist the Irons have enough quality to beat the drop.
The 28-year-old made his Hammers debut in Saturday's thrilling 3-3 draw with Fulham at Upton Park - a game which saw the visitors' Phillips Christanval snatch a point with a last-gasp equaliser.
Despite that disappointment Quashie, who has been relegated four times already in his 12-year career, is adamant that his new side will bounce back sooner rather than later.
"Saturday's result knocked the stuffing out of us, but the only thing you can do after a blow like that is pick yourself up and look forward," said the midfielder.
