Six people left homeless in Benfleet house fire
Six people have been left homeless following a house fire in Benfleet.
Fire crews were called to the blaze in Queensmere, Benfleet, just after 1.30pm today.
They had put out the fire, in the semi-detached home- within 15 minutes but the home was heavily smoke logged.
A 68 year-old man, a 38 year-old woman, an 18 year-old woman and boys aged 13, nine and six years-old have been left homeless as a result of the fire.
