Traffic delays after car fire
DRIVERS faced delays on the A13 in Vange following a car fire.
Fire crews were called to the blaze at about 6pm on Friday.
The car had pulled into a layby on the eastbound carriageway of the A13 before the fire took hold in the engine area.
The car blaze happened just past the Five Bells turnoff and delayed traffic heading towards Pitsea.
It is not thought anyone was injured in the blaze.
