Firefighters extinguish car blaze in Basildon
Firefighters were needed to help tackle a blaze that engulfed a car at a house in Basildon.
The fire service received a call just after 9pm this evening to reports of a car fire at a home in Timberlog Lane, Basildon, and one crew responded.
The flames were extinguished by the crew from Basildon by 21.38.
The cause of the fire is not known at this time.
