X FACTOR star Rylan Clarke could be wishing everyone around the UK “good morning” every Friday.
Rylan, from Stanford-le-Hope, shot to fame when he managed to sing his way through to the X Factor finals.
The former model, who also appeared on and won Celebrity Big Brother in 2013 already has lots of television presenting under his belt having landed a role presenting the spin-off show Big Brother’s Bit on the Side.
There are now rumours he could be get a more prominent role on This Morning, which is normally hosted from Monday to Thursday by Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield and Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes on Fridays.
Rylan currently presents showbiz segments but will be hosting the show this Friday with co-host Alison Hammond while Ruth and Eamonn are on holiday.
A source told The Mirror: “There is no danger of them usurping Phil and Holly – or Eamonn and Ruth – but bosses are looking at giving them one-off stints if Friday goes just as well.”
