Southend band Nothing but Thieves will be returning to the town for the launch of their second album by performing at HMV in Southend High Street.
The band have had an impressive rise since being signed to RCA Records two years ago and they’re heading back to where it all started.
The rock band will be celebrating the release of their second album with an acoustic set and album signing at the HMV branch on September 8.
Attendees will be given the chance to purchase the new album and have it signed by the band after watching them play a handful of acoustic songs.
Event organisers said: “Access is granted on a first come, first served basis with a purchase of the new album from HMV Southend on the day of the event, up to store capacity.
“Photography restrictions may apply and Nothing but Thieves will only be signing copies of their new album.”
Southend chart rivals the Horrors will be releasing their new album on September 22, so it is a real bonanza month for south Essex music fans.
