Man wanted in racist harassment investigation
Police are appealing to the public for information after a racist incident took place outside a popular nightclub.
Officers would like to speak to the man pictured in connection with racially aggravated harassment.
The incident took place outside Chicago’s in Festival Leisure Park, Basildon, at 1.30am on December 16.
Anyone with information is asked to call the Basildon Local Policing Team on 101 quoting the crime reference number 42/184166/18.
