NEW overnight accommodation in South Ockendon's Grangewaters outdoor education centre will open next week.
Thurrock mayor Diane Revell will cut a ribbon next Wednesday at the centre, in Buckles Lane.
Mrs Revell said: "This is the next step in making Grangewaters the best experience for our young people."
The centre offers a wide range of leisure facilities for young people.
Mike Revell, Thurrock councillor responsible for children's services, said: "This centre really has come on leaps and bounds since it opened.
"I am proud to see it continuing to grow."
