TWO men appeared in court charged with murder.
Scott Heaney and Brian Kincloch appeared at Southend Magistrates Court on Friday.
They are charged with murdering 25-year-old Asqeri Spaho in Tintern Avenue, Westcliff, at about 4.25am on Thursday, December 12.
A second man was injured after being stabbed.
Heaney, 22, of Hurlock Street, Highbury, and Kincloch, 31, of Balcroft Way, London, are also charged with attempted murder and aggravated burglary.
The pair were not asked to enter pleas to the charges and were told by chairman of the magistrates bench Ian Currie they will appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court today.
They wore grey clothing in court and spoke to confirm their names and nationality.
Heaney made gestures to family in the gallery, calling out: “Love you.”
Kincloch smiled at officers in the gallery.
Both were flanked by prison officers in the dock.
Speaking to them separately, Mr Currie, said: “You will appear via a video link.
“Now please go with the officers.”
Murder detectives have revealed they are looking for two other men in connection with the incident, Wesley Hendrickson, 31, and Mitchell Harris, 28.
Harris has links to London, in particular Highbury and Hackney, and Hendrickson has links to London, particularly Enfield.

A 31-year-old man from Tottenham has also been arrested on suspicion of murder, attempted murder, and possession of Class A drugs.
He has been released on bail until Thursday, March 24.
A 27-year-old from Enfield was arrested on Saturday, December 28, on suspicion of murder, attempted murder and possession of drugs.
He has been released on bail until Friday, March 27.
