A pub has now closed its doors after bosses have upped sticks and moved to a new site in Leigh.
The Town House Bar & Kitchen, on Queens Road, Southend, will not be re-opening, after the pub's lease expired.
The team have now instead moved to The Inn at Belfairs, in Leigh, and are already taking new bookings, boasting a large beer garden and beautiful restaurant at their new home.
It is believed the Town House is set for refurbishment, according to owners Star Pubs & Bars.
A spokesperson from The Town House Bar & Kitchen, said: "Unfortunately, we will not be re-opening due to our lease expiring.
"We would like to thank all of our customers from over the last five years for your continued support and many laughs.
