AMBULANCE rushed to the scene at of Aldi, in Westcliff, after an elderly lady became unwell outside the store.
It comes as a man died in the store exactly a week ago, at the same time of 2.30pm.
It is unclear whether the woman was taken to hospital, although a shopper who helped her in the store, said she seemed okay after paramdics tended to her, and was "just having a funny turn".
The shopper, in their 70s, said: "She had a funny turn outside the store and fell.
"I said shall I to call an ambulance and got a member of staff.
"She didn't collapse, she just got really dizzy and had to sit down."
The ambulance service has been contacted for comment.
