WHY is it that most of the public toilets have been closed in Southend?
My friend could only find one toilet opened in the length of Southend High Street last week.
Just because there is a lockdown, people are still going out for walks and need to use the toilet.
As I have said many times, we are short of public toilets and so to close the only few we have is a disgrace. The council should be ashamed of itself.
