A RECYCLING centre has been closed after it flooded following a deluge of rain across Essex.
The Linford Household Waste and Recycling Centre, in Buckingham Hill Road, has been closed on Saturday due to flooding.

Thurrock Council posted on Twitter: "Due to flooding on site caused by overnight rain, the Linford Household Waste and Recycling Centre is currently closed.
"We will provide an update when the site is safe to re-open.
"Thank you for your support."
