Police in Essex were called to a McDonald's drive-thru after angry customers got stuck in the icy conditions.
Officers from the operational support group were tasked with tackling the fast-food lovers, who were said to have started abusing staff after becoming stranded in the ice.
The officers dealt with the incident at the scene and no arrests were made.

The force control room tweeted: "Officers from @EssexOSG attended a disturbance today at a drive thru with customers being abusive towards staff due to the fact they were McStuck in the drive thru.
"Officers have dealt with the parties on scene."
