A TEENAGE boy has been charged in connection with a stabbing and will appear in court this week.
The 16-year-old victim sustained a serious injury to his upper arm during the incident in Roundwood Avenue, Hutton at about 4.30pm on Sunday (March 21).
He was taken to hospital for treatment and his condition is no longer being treated as life-threatening.
Police have charged a 15-year-old boy from Wickford with GBH with intent, assault by beating and possession of a knife.
He is due to appear in Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (March 23).
