All of our schools got involved in some wonderful and wacky events in years gone by - and that is no different at Lubbins Park Primary Academy.
The school - which is now part of the Epsilon Star Multi Academy Trust - has been open for a number of decades, guiding south Essex youngsters on the path to achieve their aspirations.
Found on Meadway, Canvey, Lubbins Park remains open today and we have delved into our archive to rediscover some eye-catching photographs from the 1980s and ‘90s.
It’s clear to see the times have changed and technology has improved as one of the snaps show pupils celebrating the school being awarded a language master.
Lubbins Park also hosted a Castle Point Red Cross exercise where a car accident was staged.
