A broken down lorry is causing delays on the A13 this morning.
A BROKEN down lorry is blocking on lane of the A13, causing long delays for drivers.
The HGV has broken down on the Londonbound carriageway, just after the A1014 junction at Stanford le Hope.
Traffic is queuing all the way to the A176, Five Bells Interchange.
