A manhunt was launched following a stabbing in Southend over the bank holiday weekend.
The South Disruptor Team were asked to assist with locating a man wanted for a stabbing over the bank holiday weekend in the town.
Within less than 24 hours, with the assistance of the Essex Police Intelligence Team and the Southend Local Policing Team, officers identified a location and surrounded the property.
A man was arrested on suspicion of grevious bodily harm and possesion of class A drugs.

It comes after a man was taken to hospital after being stabbed in a "targeted attack" in Southend on Sunday night, prompting a police investigation.
Police officers were called by ambulance colleagues to Sycamore Grove at around 6.05pm after a man in his 20s was found with a stab wound to the torso in what police believe to be a targeted attack.
However, it's not yet known if the incidents are linked.
Essex Police have been contacted for comment.
