ANOTHER dispersal order has been issued in Southend until tonight to prevent a large car meet taking place.
Essex Police say there have been a number of complaints of antisocial behaviour as a result of the meet, predominantly along Southend seafront.
It comes a week after two dispersal orders were issued in Leigh over the Bank Holiday due to anti-social behaviour.
A police spokesman said: "The dispersal order gives our officers the power to order people causing antisocial behaviour to leave the area.

"Breaching any direction given under the order is a criminal offence and, if you do, you could be arrested.
"The order was authorised at 11.20pm on Saturday and will run until 11.20pm on Sunday.
"The dispersal order covers the area shown in the map, which includes Western Esplanade from Chalkwell Avenue, Marine Parade and Eastern Esplanade to Lifstan Way.
"Anyone who experiences antisocial behaviour related to the meet should report it on 101."
