A DRIVER has been arrested after being found to be more than three times over the alcohol limit.
The Essex Operational Support Group (OSG) were called by concerned residents over a driver on the A127 in Rayleigh yesterday.
Crews were then dispatched to the scene and the car was stopped near the Fortune of War roundabout in Laindon.

A spokesman for the group said: "Call from a member of the public reporting this Audi as a possible drink driver.
"One of our carriers spotted the vehicle at Rayleigh on the A127 and with the assistance of Essex Roads Policing motorcycle unit the vehicle was stopped.
"The driver blew 104, the limit is 35! #Arrested."
