Detective Inspector Julie Gowen, from the Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate, is leading the investigation into Dwayne’s murder.

She said: “Dwayne’s family have gone through three years of pain. Three years of not knowing what happened to him.

“Three years of knowing someone, somewhere has the information which could be crucial to bringing his killer to justice.

“You could be the person who helps ease their agony. You could be the person who gives them closure.

“Dwayne was their baby boy, their little brother. Put yourself in their place – what if this was your brother, your son, your friend?
