The arrest
A VIDEO has shown a man being arrested at the side of a busy main road.
The footage, captured by a driver on London Road, Leigh, shows dozens of officers pinning the man to the floor on Friday afternoon.
An unmarked police car is pictured nearby, before officers "came from everywhere."

The Echo understands a second arrest was made at the scene.
Essex Police was contacted for comment.
