A car park was cordoned off by police teams after a body was reportedly found at the site.
The Corringham car park, on the junction of Lampits Hill and Giffords Cross Road, was cordoned off yesterday afternoon (July 29).
It sits adjacent the Esso petrol station on Church Road where it is believed police are reviewing CCTV footage, while a forensic tent was put in place in the car park.
It’s been reported a body of a young man was found in the car park, although this is yet to be confirmed by police.
While witnesses say ambulance crews left the scene around 7.15pm.
Essex Police and the ambulance service have been contacted for comment.
