A CANNABIS farm worth almost £300,000 has been seized by police in Westcliff.
The cannabis farm, worth a street value of £297,000 was recovered yesterday by the south distruptor team at Essex Police.
The force carried out a raid on a property in Westcliff.
A man has been charged in relation to the production of cannabis and abstracting electricity.

A spokesman from Essex Police, said: "The South Disruptor Team executed a warrant in Westcliff and recovered a cannabis cultivation with a street value of £297,000.
"A man has been charged and remanded for production of cannabis and abstracting electricity, he will appear at court in the morning.
"This is part of our ongoing work to tackle organised crime."
