A MAN has appeared before court accused of stalking two men and sending naked images of men to one of their homes.
Ian Hall, of Argent Court, Grays, appeared at Basildon Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, October 21, charged with stalking involving serious alarm/distress.
The 53-year-old was accused of repeatedly telephoning and sending letters to the home address of another man between October 2018 and August 2020 in violation of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997.
He is also accused of sending letters, some of which allegedly included images of naked men, to a second victim’s home address between May 2019 and June 2020.
Hall, who entered a not-guilty plea, will appear before crown court for trial at a date yet to be set.
He was granted bail under the condition he did not contact any of the alleged victims.
